You will do a double take when you are trick-or-treating amidst neighbors on the ‘Pride of Candler Park’ next year. This slate-colored beauty of a renovation/addition slipped right in amongst the other homes while the city was locked down in the second quarter of 2020, respecting its historical context but leaning ever-so-slightly to the present day. This home is like the mythological double mullet: a party in the front and a party in the back. LA™ made extra sure the house would be a showcase for their love of original context and clean details.
